Coastal Biz Solutions LLC is a registered, military family-owned company that manages furnished short-term housing for service members and approved government contractors. We manage only homes within our own portfolio, which allows us to maintain consistent standards and provide a dependable housing experience for temporary assignments and relocations.

The company is run by Daicolt and Yanet. Daicolt joined the Air Force in 2011, continues to serve, and works as a Network Engineer. Yanet has a background in economic development and currently works for a SaaS company. Both also hold real estate licenses in South Carolina.
